CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Abstract proceedings (printed and electronic form; 1 copy/participant)
    1 contribution (abstract) = 1 page (recommended language – English)
  • Special No. of scientific journal Acta Fytotechnica et Zootechnica (printed and electronic form; 1 copy/contributing participant)
    1 contribution (scientific paper) = 4 pages (language – English). All papers will be subjected to peer-review by members of scientific committee or qualified reviewers and if accepted will be published.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE AUTHORS

  • Select the form of presentation and the section where the contribution should be categorized. The scientific and organizing committee reserves the right to change the section or form of presentation.

  • The scientific programme will cover the following topics:
  1. mycology
  2. virology and bacteriology
  3. entomology
  4. herbology
  5. integrated and biological pest management

INSTRUCTIONS TO SPEAKERS

  • Contributed talks will have a maximum of 15 minutes + 5 minutes discussion.
  • A useful rule-of-thumb is one slide per minute.
  • Only PowerPoint presentations will be possible
  • In order to organize the sessions, it would be better to send the presentation to Peter Bokor ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) by e-mail in advance, or to upload the presentations at the venue well in advance of your lecture. Instructions will be given at the venue.
  • In the case of special demands, please contact secretariat of conference.

POSTER PRESENTATION

  • Boards for each poster display will be available in the poster room with allocated number and poster title.
  • Posters can be put up on the day of the arrival, and should be left until the conference closure.
  • Poster should fit the "portrait style" with a size of 80 cm (wide) x 120 cm (high).
  • The posters will be judged by the scientific committee throughout the first day and the three best posters will be awarded prizes at the social event.
